It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing
of Ivan Wesley Clare of Hampton, NB, on
November 18, 2022.
Born in Glace Bay, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, Wesley
was the son of the late Ronald and Margaret (Steele)
Clare.
Wesley loved music, cards, hunting and fishing and
most of all he loved his family and spending time with them. He served in the Canadian Armed
Forces from 1960 - 1965. He earned his Plumbing Ticket;
working many years for himself (Clare's Plumbing). Employed by Baytech Institute -
Trades teaching plumbing until his retirement.
He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Margaret
(Barnes Fullerton); his children Josephine, Victoria (John), Colleen
(Michael), Maureen (Mike), Lesley (Kirk), Michael (Pam) Fullerton,
Mary "Buffy" Fullerton (Steven) and Martha (Chris) Beaumont;
grandchildren Camilla (Ryan) Murphy, Amy (Kyle), Adam, Wyatt, Charles (Candice) Groves,
Matthew Groves, Alicia (Taylor) Donovan, Jennifer (Cameron) Donovan,
Lena, Evelyn , and Gwyneth Carey, Wesley and River Smith and Charles
Beaumont; great grandchildren Alexander, Logan, Oliver, Madeline,
Amelia, and Nolan; brothers Roy (Madelyn), Jack (Ann); sisters Ina,
Clara (Allen) Pegg, Carol (Clinton) Sullivan; sisters in law Shirley
Clare, Joyce (Norman) Throop; as well as many nieces and
nephews.
In addition to this parents, Wesley was pre-deceased
by his brothers Ronald, Gordon, James; sister Joan and sister in law
Linda.
Arrangements have been entrusted to
Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge St.,
Sackville, NB (506-364-1300). A graveside service will be
held for Wesley at the Westcock Cemetery on Sunday, November 27, 2022
at 11 am, followed by a reception at St. Ann's Anglican Church
Hall.
