It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Julia Audrey Godin, 73, of Prince George, BC, and formerly of Sackville, NB.  Julia, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at the Sackville Memorial Hospital.  She was born in Sackville, a daughter of the late Percy and Hazel (Bowser) Carter.  

She was predeceased by her parents, her sister Viola Cook and nephew Derek Cook.  Julia will be dearly missed by her husband Leonard Godin and her son Patrick; her grandchildren, Cody and Gabby; her niece, Janet Duddy (Dave) Comox, BC, several nephews across the country as well as grand nieces and nephews.  She will also be missed by her sister Susie Vincent Dartmouth and brother Fred Carter  Sackville

Julia loved anything to do with nature and was happiest wandering the marshes, woods and beaches of PEI and Vancouver Island.

Arrangements are under the care and guidance of Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge Street, Sackville, NB (506-364-1300).  Cremation has taken place and there are to be no services at this time.
