It is with profound sadness that we announce the tragic passing of our beloved son, Dylan James Daniel Suley, 35, on June 13, 2022 in Saint John, NB. Words cannot express how much you were loved.

Dylan is survived by his mother, Danette Ryan MacKinnon (Troy); father, Jamie Suley (Kris); brother, Devon Suley (nephew Jordan and niece and Cassidy); grandmother Gael Ryan "Nana"; stepbrothers, Ayden and Jodie Suley, stepsisters, Alyssa and Hailey MacKinnon; Uncles Jodie Suley (Tina), and Tory Ryan (April); cousins Ben Ryan, and Nicole Cetinkaya; and Aunt Janette Berry. 

He was predeceased by his grandfather Danny Ryan "Papa".

Dylan was an avid animal lover, with the uncanny knack for finding and bringing home abused or abandoned "critters" for Mum to take care of! He loved fishing and the outdoors. He was sensitive to the needs of the elderly and less fortunate, whether it was mowing or shovelling for them or bringing food or clothes to them. Dylan always made sure they were taken care of. Dylan lived everyday of his life to the fullest!

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Jones Funeral Home, 3 W Main Street, Port Elgin, NB (506-364-1300). A funeral service for Dylan will be held on June 24, 2022 at 11am at the Jones Funeral Home Port Elgin location, Rev. Bernice Allen Officiating. Burial will take place at the St. Bartholomew’s RC Cemetery, in Melrose, NB.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Lillian Allbon Animal Shelter or to any other cat rescue of their choice.
