It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Norma Vivian Gardiner, 95, of Moncton, and formerly of Port Elgin, NB on Sunday, April 24, 2022 at the Moncton Hospital.

Norma was born in Shubenacadie, NS on June 26, 1926, a daughter of the late Alfred and Regina (Legere) Landry.

Norma had a pet bird, Tweety, which she loved dearly and enjoyed doing paint by numbers and had a keen interest in art.  She was a kind and loving person.

Norma was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived by her nephew, David (Marilyn) Gallant, Duncan, BC and several other nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Gordon, and two sisters,  Freda Peraziana, and Germaine Savoi.

Arrangements are under the care and supervision of Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge Street, Sackville, NB (506-364-1300).  A time of visitation will take place at the Sackville funeral home on Friday, April 29, 2022 from 6-8 pm.  A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 10 am at St. Clement's Roman Catholic Church, Port Elgin.

Donations in memory of Norma may be made to a charity of one's choice.
