It is with profound sadness that we announce the
tragic and sudden passing of Hunter Keaton Jace
Augustine, 24, of Sackville, on Saturday, April 2,
2022. Hunter was born in Moncton on April 12, 1997, to
Shawnya Augustine and Mark Augustine.
Hunter will always be remembered and never
forgotten. He was a genuine soul who had such a kind heart and made an
impression on everyone he met. He loved cooking and
inventing recipes, the hotter and spicier the more he loved it. He
loved food in general and always said thank you as he left the
table.
Hunter graduated from Tantramar Regional High School
in 2015.
Hunter's passion for fishing was great and he loved
it with all of his heart, whether it be with a rod or in a boat for
lobster. He was a great carpenter, building tables and using wood to
create things. Hunter was great with his hands, making everything from
elaborate origami to beautiful flies for fishing.
Hunter, our son, brother, cousin, grandson, friend
and nephew; please rest easy and you will forever be in our
