It is with great sadness that the family
of Stephen Orland Pauley, of Westcock,
NB, announce his passing at his home on Wednesday, May 13,
2020. Born in Sackville, NB, on October 9, 1958, he was a
son of the late Orland Pauley and Evelyn (Beck)
Pauley.
Stephen graduated from NBCC to become a
welder/fitter/journeyman, going on to receive his Red Seal
designation. He worked at The Canadian National Railway,
ROR, and for Corrections Canada as a welding instructor.
Stephen and Charlene enjoyed spending their summers at the cottage
with family and friends. He loved the woods and hunting in the fall,
especially with his son. Winters were spent snowmobiling,
traveling, playing cards, and of course music.
Stephen had a love of music and many
genres. He always knew the perfect song for every occasion
and moment. Stephen and Charlene greatly enjoyed dancing
together which is something they have dearly missed since the onset of
his illness.
He was an avid supporter of the
Sackville Snow Drifters for 25 years. He was acting
president for seven years. He especially loved spending time
in his garage.
Stephen lived courageously with
Parkinson's Plus seven years. He and his family have been so grateful
for all those who have walked this journey with him.
Professionals, family, dear friends and community members.
Each one has been blessing.
