It is with sadness that we must announce the passing of Fred "Hoppy" Dale Beal, age 66, of Midgic.  Fred passed away peacefully at the Sackville Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 after a lengthy illness.

Born in Midgic, he was a son of the late Hollis and Mary (Ibbitson) Beal.

Fred loved to play cards, especially Bridge.  He liked to watch the wildlife pass through his backyard in Midgic.

He will be sadly missed by his brother Wayne (Carol), Midgic, sister Linda Cox, Ingersoll, ON; several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge St., Sackville, NB (506-364-1300).  In keeping with Fred's wishes, cremation has taken place.  There will be no visitation or funeral.
