It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Della-Mae "Dee Dee" Landry, age 52, of Point De Bute, NB.  Dee Dee passed away at the Moncton Hospital on Thursday, December 19, 2019 after a brief illness with family by her side.

Born in London, ON, she was a daughter of Nellie (Phinney Forbes) Legere of Point de Bute, NB and the late William Forbes. 

Dee Dee was a dedicated family person.  She loved her husband, enjoyed caring for and living with her mother, spending time with her children, and playing with her grandchildren.  She was always there to help anyone who needed it.

In addition to her mother, she will be dearly missed by her husband David Landry, Timber River, NB; children William (Shae), Aulac, Colby (Hannah), Edmonton, AB, Kylie (Boris) Landry, Point De Bute, NB and Nellie Landry, Amherst, NS; 5 grandchildren, Mya, Derrick, Claire, Mylah Rae, and Matteo; and her very special friend and sister in law Tammy (Vernon) Phinney, Midgic, NB; special friend Gerty Stright.

Arrangements are under the care and guidance of Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge Street, Sackville (506-364-1300).  At Dee Dee's request, there will be no visiting hours or service.

Donations in memory of Dee Dee may be made to the Heart and Stroke, the Kidney Foundation, or the charity of your choice.
