It is with deep sadness we announce the
passing of Douglas Clyde Doyle, age 80,
of Dorchester Cape, on Friday, July 5, 2019 at the Sackville Memorial
Hospital.
Born in Fredericton, NB, he was a son of
the late Roy and Gertrude Doyle.
Doug loved life to the
fullest. His first love, Joan of 38 years. His
other loves, trucks and motorcycles. Doug had fun buying and
selling trucks, motorcycles, cars, boats. He drove cross
country for many years. After, he had a small wrecking yard, selling
parts at home, as well as to Columbia, and Australia. He liked NB and
the many people he met, but his heart was in Ontario with his many old
friends.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Joan
of Dorchester Cape; sister Dianne LeBlanc, niece Kelly LeBlanc, and
nephew Shane LeBlanc, all of Toronto.
Arrangements have been entrusted to
Jones Funeral Home, Sackville, NB
(506-364-1300) where cremation has taken place. There will
be a Celebration of Life on Saturday, July 20, 2019 from 2-4pm at the
Dorchester Veterans Community Centre (4955 Main Street,
Dorchester).
Donations in memory of Doug may be made
to the Kidney Foundation, or the Canadian Cancer
