It is with sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Ina Gertrude Cawdle, age 94, of Sackville.  Ina passed away on Friday, May 24, 2019 with family by her side at the Sackville Memorial Hospital.

Born in Dorchester, NB, she was a daughter of the late Perry and Harriet (MacFadden) Crossman.

A retired Ward Clerk from the Moncton Hospital, Ina was a member of the Dorchester United Baptist Church, and later the Main Street Baptist Church.  She was an active life member of the Dorothy Barnett Missionary Society.

She will be dearly missed by her daughter, Daphne Tester, Dorchester; sons David (Krystal), Fredericton, and Christopher (Pam), Riverview; daughter in law Lorna Cawdle, Moncton; 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband Maurice, son Charles and her brothers Seldon, Reginald, Curtis and Perley.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Jones Funeral Home, Sackville, NB (506-364-1300), where Ina's funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 6, 2019 at 2 pm.  Ina's ashes will be laid to rest beside her husband in the Dorchester Rural Cemetery at a later date.

Donations may be made in Ina’s memory to the Sackville Memorial Hospital, Dorchester Firemen's Association or the Friends of the Moncton Hospital.
