It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Bruce Kevin Estabrooks at his home in Midgic on Wednesday May 15, 2019. Bruce was 71 years old.

He will be dearly missed by his wife of 48 years Gloria née LeBlanc, sons Bryce Estabrooks (Jennifer Fillmore), Scott Estabrooks (Lisa Hood Estabrooks), Ryan Estabrooks (Amanda Purdy), grandchildren Hudson, Taylor, Barrett, and Marlee, sister Karen Ward (Neil), brothers, Daryl (Alice), Colin (Jena), and his uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and his little Belle.

He was predeceased by his parents Vincent and Doris, his son Marc Aaron, and grandchildren Mirra and Dominic. 

In his younger years, he enjoyed being a Kinsmen, he made many friends through fellowship and volunteering in the community. After working many years at Moloney Electric, he travelled and enjoyed winters in Florida, summers at the cottage, and loved his Red Wings and poker. He especially enjoyed tickle fights with the grand kids.

Arrangements are under the care and guidance of Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge Street, Sackville (506-364-1300). Family and friends are invited to a time of remembrance to honour and celebrate Bruce's life on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.

A private burial will be held at a later date.

Donations in memory of Bruce may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Open Sky Co-Op.
