It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Stirling Wallace Hall, age 92, of Sackville.  Stirling passed away at the Drew Nursing Home on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 while surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Sussex Corner, NB, he was a son of the late Ruel and Lillian (Wallace) Hall.

Stirling was well known throughout the community.  He was a mechanic throughout his life, passing down his love of cars to many of his kids.  He always had a smile, and was eager to stop and talk to any passerby.  

He will be dearly missed by children Terry (Joan) Hall, Sussex, Judy (Stan) Folkins, Sussex, NB, Carol Rowe, Apohaqui, NB, Carl (Debra) Hall, Edmonton, AB, Nancy Virtue, London, ON, Wallace (Shelley), Hamilton, ON, Stirling (Tina) Hall, Dorchester  Lauralee (Gary Hewitt) Johnson; Sackville, Scott (Lori) Hall; Jolicure; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother Ruel "Sonny" (Marion), Sussex, NB; as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his wives Gladys Alward and Audrey Burton; son in law Scott Johnson; grandson's Dean Folkins and Eric Rowe; siblings Laura Dunfiled, and Florence Proctor.

Arrangements have been entrusted into the care and direction of Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge St, Sackville, NB (506-364-1300) where visiting hours will be held on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm.  His funeral service will be held at the Jones Funeral Home on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at 11 am.  Burial will follow in the Westcock Cemetery.

The family would like to extend words of thanks to the staff of the Drew Nursing Home for their heartfelt care.
