It is with deep sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Marjorie J. Crawford, age 96, of Moncton, formerly of Sackville, NB.  Marjorie passed away on Sunday, April 1, 2018 at the Moncton Hospital.

Born in Minneapolis, she was a daughter of the late Fred and Amy (Clarke) Paulsen.

Marjorie met her husband Dr. Bill Crawford while he was studying in Minneapolis in the early 40's.  After marrying in 1943, she returned home with him to Sackville, NB.  Marjorie was a dedicated wife, supporting Bill in all his endeavours, especially at Mount Allison University.  She was a loving mother to her two boys William and Fred and was very active in the Sackville Memorial Hospital Auxiliary and many other boards and organizations.

Marjorie lived life to the fullest. She enjoyed many winters in Florida, and loved traveling the world.  She was always active in the Arts, going as far as to have her own Exhibition at the Mount Allison Art Gallery.  In her later years, she was an advocate for seniors through the local hospitals.

She will be dearly missed by son Fred (Barbara), granddaughter Shelley, great granddaughter Bailey, all of Riverview; daughter in law Maricarmen, and granddaughter Katarina, both of Santiago Chile.

She was predeceased by her husband Dr. William "Bill"; son William; sister Virginia (Reg) Barta.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Jones Funeral Home, Sackville, NB.  (506-364-1300) where visiting hours will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2018 from noon until 2 pm, followed immediately at 2 pm by her funeral service.  Burial will take place in the Sackville Cemetery in the spring.
