It is
with great sadness that we announce the death of Audrey
June Bulmer, 75, in the Drew Nursing Home on Wednesday,
April 6, 2016. Born in Sackville, NB, Audrey was a
daughter of the late Hartman and Jennie (Tower)
Atkinson.
Audrey
was employed at the Enterprise Foundry and Marshlands Inn, and had
been a home care worker for many local
Sackville residents.
She
enjoyed time in the garden, and looking after her animals, cats and
horses. Her horse Sugar gave her great pleasure, as well
as her many cats over the years.
She is
survived by one son; Stephen (Juliette) of Midgic, one daughter,
Pamela Bulmer of Dorchester, and two grandsons,
Kody, Dorchester and Dustin, Sackville/Midgic; a brother
Percy (Alice) Atkinson, Woodpoint; a sister Shirley Duquette, ON, as
well as several nieces and
nephews.
Besides
her parents, she was predeceased by her husband
Benson.
Arrangements are under the care of
Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge Street,
Sackville (506-364-1300). Honoring Audrey's
wishes, there will be no visitation. A public
graveside service will be held at the Sackville Cemetery on Saturday,
April 30, 2016 at 11 am.
Donations in memory of Audrey may be made to
the Moncton SPCA.

family would like to express their gratitude to all the RN's, LPN's
and RA's on the Fundy Unit of the Drew Nursing Home for their
